About me
Experience that connects the technical with the personal.
My career has taken me through banking, technology and financial services—three fields that may seem different, but have always centred on the same thing: helping people solve problems and move forward with greater confidence.
I began in banking, gaining hands-on experience across customer service, treasury, securities, lending support and operational roles. That foundation taught me the importance of accuracy, trust and truly listening to people.
I later moved into communications technology and field operations, where I managed data and voice networks, supported critical technology infrastructure and coordinated projects for local and international clients. I also led teams, worked with contractors and helped resolve complex customer issues.
Today, I bring that broad experience to insurance and financial services. I help individuals and families clarify their priorities, connect financial strategies to the future they want and take practical steps suited to their goals and circumstances. I believe good financial guidance should feel like a conversation, not a lecture.
During my earlier professional career, I was recognised with Employee of the Year and several service-performance awards. Separately, I was named Student of the Year during my professional insurance studies.
Master’s degree in Strategic Business Information Technology and the Financial Services Certified Professional designation.
Outside of work, I’m an enthusiastic cyclist and pianist. Cycling keeps me disciplined and focused on the long journey, while music reminds me that confidence comes from patience, practice and steady improvement.
That same outlook shapes my approach to financial fitness: build your knowledge, develop good habits and keep making meaningful progress over time.
